Everything is the same - songs, skits, memory verse, and puppets - well almost the same. Saturday we were halfway through the kids crusade about to do the skit and puppets and the heavens opened up and poured allmenrain down upon us. Other than that all was the same.
We played a game called prince, dragon and princess. It's like Rock Paper Scissors but acted out. Lukas is demonstrating the prince and princess moves below. (I missed the dragon move). Prince beats dragon, dragon beats princess and princess beats prince.

We had a blast doing the Kids Crusade!!! It was so much fu being able to connect with the kids young and old alike. We had so much fun playing the games: three ball futbol, red rover, prince dragon princess, and musical chairs (that was interesting explaining to the kids).
We all have decided that we want to bring Dietmar home with us. However since we can't we will just be signing his songs all the time.
The puppets went over great. We used two German songs but then we decided they were too slow so we introduced the Germans to black gospel songs oh and Veggietales song SecondChances.
The skits were hilarious!!! We wanted it to be serious and get the story across but also funny. Lukas had many brilliant ideas!!!
I'm writing his post as we sit in a major traffic jam on the way to sight see!!!
